想委托朋友带小孩回温哥华 需要一份委托书英文正式版本的。。。

其实就是委托朋友7月21日带孩子回温哥华 由于我们工作关系无法赶回去。。。

这种委托书不需要太复杂。可能需要附上孩子的出生证复印件，证上的父母名字必须与委托人哗薯身份一致。

DECLARATION
