护照07年9月就到期了。在只有半年就快到期的时间可以办理签证出国吗！
比如6月开始办签证，8月拿到签证！可以赶在9月前走吗？
有没有规定一定要是护照到期时间的前半年才有效！后半年就不行了！
还有就是护照延期容易办吗！是不是还是到以前办证的地方办，还是去更高一级的部门办
1、外交护照和公务护照有效期最长不超过5年，普通护照有效期最长不皮凯超过10年，期满后换发新照。
香港特区护照的有效期一般为10年，签发给16周岁以下儿童的护照有效期为5年。
澳门改握改特区护照有效期一般为10年，签发给16周岁以下儿童的护照有效期为5年。

It is an international law that a passport is valid for travel if it does have at least 6 months before expiry on the date of travel. There are a few countries in the world which would waive this condition. For example, Hong Kong will accept tourists with a passport less than 6 months, in order to promote tourism.
It depends which country you are going to, but most of them will ask for a minimum of 6. You must leave the country of your destination or renew your passport before expiry.
For me, I would not use a passport with less than 6 months before expiry.
