对女士没特殊要求，对男士的要求比较严铅渣格。只要不誉激派庆贺穿短裤，拖鞋，运动服，衣服不能太嘻哈，而且要整洁一点。每天进去吃自助餐的普通人一大堆，要求其实也不会很严格。
正装倒是没听说过，但是这里是穆斯林国家，很多场合，女孩要穿的相对保守些，最好不要露肩，长袖最好。
只要不穿运动服，T恤和牛仔裤，其他都还好。
Usually, I would suggest your dress code to be casual and smart, which means you have no need to dress formal suit like when you are in the workplace.
The hotel like Burj Al Arab and any other hotels dose not have special requirement for guests' dress, you can dress any way as your preference. However, when in the restaurant and bar, you need dress a little bit more formal, but not necessarily the formal suits.
For gentlemen, shorts(short pants) are not allowed to any of the place above, but for ladies, no problem, you can dress according to your most beautiful way. BTW, the slippery shoes are also not allowed for any one.
One thing I shold mention to you, maybe the Dubai government gave the new law that lady should not expose too much of her body, so try to avoid wearing too shour skirt^^
