数控摇臂钻床电气控制系统设计
摘要
摇臂钻床作为钻床的一种其操作方便、灵活，适用范围广，具有典型性，特别适用于单件或批量生产带有多孔大型零件的孔加工，是一般机械加工车间常见的机床。但现在市面上的数控摇臂钻床仅仅是半数控，并没有实现全数控化。基于以上原因本论文决定对数控摇臂钻床及其电气控制系统进行开发研究工作。
本论文设计使用艾默生EC20H PLC控制四台伺服电机（含伺服驱动器），实现摇臂钻床的摇臂升降、摇臂旋转、主轴箱滑动、主轴进给四个轴向的动作，PLC同时控制一台变频电机（含变频器）实现机床的主运动即主轴的旋转运动。并且配一个触摸屏与PLC通过RS232接口MODBUS协议相连，实现对整个数控机床运行状态的控制和监控。本论文详细介绍了数控摇臂钻床电气控制系统的硬件和软件设计。
本文设计的电气控制系统在硬件和软件方面都满足了数控摇臂钻床电气控制系统的要求。实现了摇臂钻床的运动要求和电气控制要求，此系统可以直接运用到实际的机床生产开发中，也为今后更高级的数控摇臂钻床开发提供了参考。

Beam drill handles convenient , nimble as one kind of whose of drill machine , the applicability has broadly, typicalness, applying to a stick specially or mass-producing as well as hole treating having large-scale porous part, is a common machine tool of general jobbing shop. City surface numerical control beam drill is half numerical control but only now , does not come true completely digital control-rization. Owing to all above cause, the thesis decides the job carrying out developmental research on numerical control beam drill and their electricity navar.

The thesis designs that PLC controls four servo electric motors (contain servo drive) using Aimosheng EC20H , the rocker arm realizing beam drill goes up and down , the rocker arm rotates , the main spindle box slides , the chief axis moves forward to give axial four action , PLCs the motion controlling one frequency conversion electric motor (hold a frequency transformer) at the same time realizing the machine tool host moving the revolution being a chief axis. Match one and by the fact that the RS232 interface MODBUS agreement is linked together touching the screen and PLC , realize controlling and supervisory control to entire numerical control machine tool operation state. The hardware and software having introduced numerical control beam drill electric control detailedly systematically design a thesis.

Radial drill press as a flexible, convenient operation, its wide application range, typical, especially suitable for single or batch production with large parts of the pore porosity is general machinery processing workshop of common tools. But now on the market is only half of nc radial drilling machine, CNC and numerical control is realized. This paper based on the above reasons for CNC radial drilling machine and its decision on the electric control system development and research work.
This paper USES Emerson EC20H PLC control design of sitai servo motor (including servo drive), radial drilling machine, rocker rotate the rocker, spindle box sliding, spindle into four axial movement, PLC control a frequency conversion motor (including inverter) is the movement of the machine tool axis rotation movement. And with a touch screen and PLC through RS232 interface MODBUS, realize the agreement of CNC machine running state of control and monitoring. This paper introduced nc radial drilling machine of electrical control system hardware and software design.
This design of electric control system in the aspects of hardware and software to meet the electrical control system of numerical control radial drill. The realization of the radial drilling machine movement and electrical control requirements, the system can be directly applied to practical production and development of the machine tool, but also for future more advanced CNC radial drilling machine development provides reference.
